Investigating the Relationship between Intra-Organizational Factors and the Success Rate of Urmia City Credit Cooperatives

Abstract
The main objective of this study is to assess success rate of credit cooperatives of Urmia and determine its relation with intra-organizational factors.
In the current study Fred. R. David strategy compiling model (1999) was used as the basis of studies and the theoretical framework of intra-organizational factors. The model provided by Extension & Education Research Department of the Ministry of Cooperation was used as the basis of studies for success rate of cooperatives. Research hypotheses include a main hypothesis and 6 sub-hypotheses. Research method is descriptive-survey in nature & applied in objective. The statistical population is all the members of the board of directors (203) and employees of credit cooperatives of Urmia (55) and using Cochran formula sample size was determined 133 using simple random sampling method. According to data analysis and hypothesis testing, all study hypotheses were confirmed and it was revealed that within the limits of the intra-organizational factors, marketing quality, establishment of computerized information systems, financial performance and attention to research & development respectively determine the rate of effectiveness in performance & in the ned performance of the management system on the success of credit cooperatives in Urmia city. Based on research findings it was also determined that intra-organizational factors status in credit cooperatives of Urmia city is at best medium & success rate is also moderate.
