Managerial rule of "Considering jobs' appropriateness with abilities in Imam Ali's guidelines"

Abstract
Alavi guidelines are valuable store in new management area that in this period surveying with interdisciplinary studies attitude. Of course these guidelines occasionally have been presented as a chain of propositions or universal rules that according to that, the question is: how is the methodology or method of finding these rules and how it connects with existing principles in management? For this purpose we have to look for clear reasons that based on textual and rational principles and asking help from management science just for more confirmation and clarification and with this method, accessing expressions as a management rule. The rule that has been presented in this article was took from this guideline of imam ali to malik ashtar: “you must appoint one officer as the head of each important branch of your government that wont defeated by big works and not confused by works’ multiplicity”. This rule is as a witness for “necessity of considering jobs’ appropriateness with abilities” in management science.
